Falls

I had a fall near my desk.  I didn’t hurt myself.  Mary suggested my aikido helped.  I had another fall coming from the bathroom.  I did hurt my head and called the nurse to make sure I was all right.

I have started a book group.  It has eight people in it.  We decided to read mysteries.

More Nails

Diana from the home has agreed to do my nails.

Dancing

Louise suggested I try dancing as we do in interplay. I turned on the radio and danced with my walker.

The present moment is cloudy.

Choking

I have had some trouble with choking.  The home has put me in a place where they watch more closely.  This makes me happy.

The present moment is mellow.
