Rose, Liz and Louise have also played Quidler with me.

Diana from the home has agreed to do my nails.

The present moment is sunny.

Louise suggested I try dancing as we do in interplay. I turned on the radio and danced with my walker.

The present moment is cloudy.

I have had some trouble with choking. The home has put me in a place where they watch more closely. This makes me happy.

The present moment is mellow.

Mary also cut my toenails. And I thank her too.

I meant to thank Liz and Louise and Carol for doing my fingernails.

The present moment is soothing.
