I had another fall as I was getting
into my exercise clothes. I fell into
the shower. I didn’t hurt much so I thought my aikido might be helping. Carol suggests I change into my clothes in
the bedroom. I applied that with my
pajamas and it worked,
The present moment is cloudy.
