Another Fall

I had another fall as I was putting my pants on.  I hit my head  but it didn’t hurt.    I think my aikido came in.

Toenails

Diana who has been doing my fingernails and toenails tells me she can’t  do  my toenails any more.  Liz and Louise have volunteered to do that.  I appreciate that.

Another Fall

I had another fall as I was getting into my exercise clothes.  I fell into the shower. I didn’t hurt much so I thought my aikido might be helping.  Carol suggests I change into my clothes in the bedroom.  I applied that with my pajamas and it worked,

Falls

I had a fall near my desk.  I didn’t hurt myself.  Mary suggested my aikido helped.  I had another fall coming from the bathroom.  I did hurt my head and called the nurse to make sure I was all right.

Book Group

I have started a book group.  It has eight people in it.  We decided to read mysteries.
